Bridger became a champion with five majors and won his class at the National Leonberger Specialty this past spring (2012). His most outstanding features are his very balanced conformation, his size (which, according to the National Specialty judge this year, we are losing in United States Leonbergers) and his incredibly wonderful temperament. Bridger is smart, very eager to please with a wonderful sense of humor and an endearing kindness and gentleness with everyone and everything. He melts my heart when he cannot understand what I wish and quizzically cocks his head to get every nuance of my voice and body language. Everyone who comes to visit immediately wants a Bridger puppy. He can sure tickle my funny bone as well. When I hold out a bully stick for him he sniffs it back and forth for a good 5 or 6 seconds - reminds me of a fellow sniffing a fine cigar - before he takes it from me... and he does it every time. He's easy going with a very positive temperament and he loves people and relishes new experiences. His first litter, by natural service, was one of the best litters I have ever had. The puppies have extremely good temperaments, deep bodies, beautiful heads with almost black eyes, great masks, level backs, large bone, wonderful angulation and good size. Keep in mind Viva was the mom of that litter and she has all those attributes as well. Bridger is still not fully mature, the big ones take longer, but he is coming into his own. |

Height: 27.5" Viva is a sweet girl with an absolutely spectacular head, perfectly balanced, level back, very dark eyes, and beautiful mask. Her body has wonderful balance as well and her color is bright and beautiful. This is Viva's second breeding to Bridger. I was very pleased with her first litter. The puppies had beautiful bodies, dark eyes, very dark lovely masks and all of them were outgoing people lovers.
